In the top right hand corner of the page, you will see this:
Account ▼ QuickList (0) ||| Help ||| Log Out ||| Site:
Click QUICKLIST. Then you will see these tabs:
Active Sharing ||| Viewing History ||| Quicklist
Click on VIEWING HISTORY and you will be taken to your history.
The new YouTube doesn't just have the History button anymore.
